I truly believe that I am the best candidate for City Council.  First off I am dedicated to preserving what Torrance has achieved over the years.  My family has chosen Torrance not only to live in but also open a business.  One could say that we are very invested in Torrance and believe this is truly the best city to live in. I have experience in running a company and believe we need to take a conservative approach to spending as you would for your own company.  I will listen as I do everyday with my employees.  A good general must always remember that without his army he is nothing. I trust the people of Torrance know what they want and need and I will do what I can to better the communication between the public and city hall. Torrance belongs to the people and June 3rd 2014 I invite them to put their trust in me as their council member.

Running for Torrance City Council has given me the opportunity to meet thousands of Torrance business owners and residents in this past year and many I have built friendships with.  One thing I noticed about most of the people I met is that they all love Torrance and are willing to do whatever it takes to keep it on the right track and improve upon the things that need attention such as our streets and sidewalks, etc..  This of course is really important since the city belongs to the people.

Aurelio Mattucci, owner of Mattucci Real Estate and founder of the Mattucci Project is one of currently thirteen candidates for Torrance City Council. Elections in Torrance are at large and there are no districts. Also, there is no run off election and this saves the tax payers of Torrance about $200,000 per election. Cities like Redondo Beach spend quite a bit on run off elections. They just had one for a handful of candidates.
