Aurelio Mattucci, owner of Mattucci Real Estate and founder of the Mattucci Project is one of currently ten candidates for Torrance City Council. Elections in Torrance are at large and there are no districts. Also, there is no run off election and this saves the tax payers of Torrance about $200,000 per election. Cities like Redondo Beach spend quite a bit on run off elections. They just had one for a handful of candidates.
