Congratulations!!! Cliff Numark wins El Camino Board of Trustees Seat in the Nov 5th Election. His current seat as a Torrance City Council Member will be vacated leaving yet another seat open to a non incumbent. I am working hard to make sure the people of Torrance have a say as to who will fill this seat. Let's make the decision at the polls and not on the Council Bench.
