Aurelio Mattucci lived in Torrance 11 years

As the profiles get posted, the questions start coming.
Today I was asked about my residence history and challenged on the fact that I have lived in Torrance for 11 years.
Here is my story...
I originally moved to Torrance in 1977 at the age of 6 and attended 5 years of Seaside Elementary School.  We later moved back to Italy for three years and soon enough moved back to Torrance as we realized Italy was no longer for us.  That is when I enrolled at South High School. The family only after a couple of years moved to South Redondo Beach where my parents built their dream home and it's where they continue to live to this day.  As for myself I didn't move back to Torrance until 2003 (old Torrance).  I later moved to San Pedro and lived in a three unit building that we owned.  After getting married and getting pregnant with our first child, we decided to raise our family where we felt most comfortable and at home, Torrance.  Torrance is my home, it's where I spent my early childhood years, it's where I learned my first English words, it's the place I first rode a skateboard and fell off of one as well.  Torrance has given me everything a person could ever want and all I want to do is give something back.

Who is most likely to win the Mayor's seat in the 2014 Torrance Election?

Who is most likely to win the Mayor's seat in the 2014 Torrance Election?
This is a very difficult question. Having personally met all three of the current Mayor candidates Tom Brewer, Bill Sutherland and Pat Furey, it will pretty much be a toss.  They are all current City Council members, they are all very qualified, they have all taken part of the success Torrance has had in keeping a balanced budget. It will boil down to personality and name recognition. I personally believe Tom Brewer has started his campaigning late in the game but has enough time to catch up and take the seat. Bill Sutherland has been very active at ribbon cuttings and public appearances which will put him in front of the cameras. Pat Furey although he hasn't been seen much at public events, he is still working key groups to gain support. Ultimately I am confident that the people of Torrance will vote the best fit for the task at hand. As for myself, I am a candidate for the Torrance City Council and wish to gain your support.
