Aurelio Mattucci. I am a candidate for Torrance City Council. Running for office has been a long time dream of mine. I have never been more motivated in achieving this endeavor. I feel that in order to truly make positive changes in our city one must make them as a whole, work together and get involved at all levels. These are challenging times for us, as a country and as a city, with the redevelopment funds gone, we are facing the same fate as many other municipalities , loss of businesses that directly translate to less revenue for our city, loss of local jobs and more of our families losing their homes. Less revenue for the city means the potential loss of many programs, services and activities that have shaped Torrance throughout the years. It's not a matter of Right or Left, it's a matter of Right or Wrong. I will do what is Right for the people of Torrance. I will listen to your concerns and suggestions. I will be truly a public servant, serving the people of Torrance and the many businesses that help support and mantain this wonderful city that I am proud to say is my home. Aurelio Mattucci is by far the best candidate for Torrance City Council in the upcoming June 3rd 2014 election. He has shown continued effort in developing a stronger business base in Torrance and has helped many Torrance business owers promote their businesses. Aurelio Mattucci for Torrance City Council 2014 has been on the go for almost a full year. Campaign cosultant Zeke Vidaurri has a winning track record and he usually doesn't take on jobs unless he is confident his candidate can win. Zeke didn't hesitate one bit when Aurelio Mattucci called him. He did mention that no matter how strong the candidate is, you must never put your gaurd down and you must always do what is best for the people of your city. Incident at the Citibank Building in Torrance CA

I had an incident in front of the Citibank building on Sepulveda this morning. Some guy on a bicycle threw something at a lady that was about 20 feet from me. She wasn't hurt but I chased the guy and lost him around the corner. Luckily there was a Torrance patrol in the parking lot that saw me running (Of course I cramped up and fell) I got back up but was too far behind. The officer caught him. P...eople that show this kind of disregard for others very often escalate their actions into more violence. I thank the officer that responded quickly to stop that person. This reminds me as to how important a strong and responsive police department is to the community, but it also reminds me that we all need to get involved in making our city a better place. Maybe chasing some guy on a bike may not be the smartest thing. Oh well, Good Job Torrance PD

More than a year before Torrance Elections

There may be more than a year before city of Torrance elections but the momentum and tension are in the air. For the Mayor's seat we currently have two people running but predictions and rumors say there could be another two added shortly. As far as the City Council seats a few names are on the list including myself, (Aurelio Mattucci). Torrance City Council is an important part of the development of the city and these seats will be sought by many as June 3,2014 comes around.

Torrance Local Elections June 3rd, 2014

Tuesday was election day for many cities in Los Angeles County. It is unfortunate how many registered voters don't get out and cast thier vote when it comes to local elections. My feeling is that local elections are just as important as national elections and maybe more important since the candidates will effect you directly. If you truly want to make a difference in your city, you must start by voting in the right people to lead the way. The winning vote could be yours.
Torrance City Elections are coming up in June 3rd, 2014. I remind everyone the importance of a local election and I personallinvite all to come out and show your community what it takes to truly make a difference. Don't sit at home and expect things to change on their own. Don't wait for miracles, be the miracle.
